1. Acceptance

By accessing mofhan.com or engaging MOFHAN LLC for services, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use this website or engage our services.

2. Services

MOFHAN LLC provides software publishing, custom computer programming, and computer systems design services as described on this website. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are governed by a separately executed Statement of Work or Service Agreement, which supersedes these general terms for that specific engagement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on mofhan.com, including text, design elements, and code illustrations, is the property of MOFHAN LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. Software deliverables produced under client engagements are owned by the client as specified in the executed Service Agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

MOFHAN LLC's liability for any engagement is limited to the total fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from system integrations beyond the direct scope of our deliverables. We make no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in executed Service Agreements.

5. Acceptable Use

This website may not be used to transmit malicious content, conduct automated scraping, or attempt to probe or compromise the hosting infrastructure. Any such activity will result in immediate blocking and may be referred to relevant authorities.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Rankin County, Mississippi.

7. Changes
